  • Note for all api request that has a source param, CLID whitelisting is mandatory, please reach out to your account manager or email cpaas-support@8x8.com if you have a voice account with 8x8 CPaaaS.

  • Callflows API allows you to

    • Create an IVR flow
    • Voice Message
    • Your defined call scenarios using our callflow objects

Responses

Should the request authenticate successfully and pass all validation, the response will contain an updated Voice Message Object. The following is an example response:
