The payload extends the shared NormalizedCallObjectSchema (see src/callManager/schemas/NormalizedCallObjectSchema.ts) which contains call state properties such as callID, eCallState, phoneNumber, name, inboundCall, call permissions (allowHold, allowTransfer, etc.), and metadata fields.
