Things you should know

Here are some things you should know about interacting with the Chat API:

1. The API user can see all public rooms and needs to be invited to private rooms.
2. The API user can read messages from all rooms it has access to, including private rooms it's been invited to.
3. Anyone with access to the API can use all of it's endpoints.
4. Your API key is limited to 5 requests per second.
5. Chapi is officially supported in the US region.
