This API allows 8x8 customers to send API requests or receive callbacks to:
- Send SMS individually
- Send up to 10 000 SMS in a bulk request
- Receive SMS delivery status updates
- Receive SMS inbound sent to virtual mobile phone numbers
- Invite users to complete SMS engage surveys individually or in bulk
- Receive SMS engage survey results
- Transmit feedback on SMS outcome
- Retrieve SMS activity
