Improvements

Fixes screen sharing unavailable when a screen is shared for a second time
Disables microphone / camera selection on mobile Safari (since the functionality is not available in the browser). Instead we show the selected device
Provides a workaround to a browser issue on mobile Safari when the user joins muted and the phone is locked/unlocked
Fixes for participant context menus/toolbar overflow menu on mobile and web
Exposes click events for overwritten toolbar buttons
Hides toolbars when participant context menu is opened
Keeps aspect ratio for filmstrip self view on mobile web
